Philosophy of Science and Philosophy: The Long Flight Home

Abstract In this article, I argue that there is philosophy of science since existed. Thus, the idea was born with neopositivism historically wrong and detrimental to development itself. Neopositivism tried found as an anti-philosophical discipline, a field study came replace simple philosophy. The attempt maintained for thirty years, but failed. Now, does not mean we cannot make good today, has returned common house philosophy, it gradually recovering connection should never have lost main philosophical traditions disciplines.
